Bright Nights Adlib
‘Twas the night before Christmas, and Rudolph was missing! Santa sent for ##Eric##, his chief elf, and ordered a search party to look high and low throughout Bright Nights to find the missing reindeer. ##Eric## hurried to Seuss Land and assembled the Whos from Whoville to help with the search.
The velociraptors in Jurassic World were no help, and ##Eric## and the Whos barely escaped with their lives. Cindy Lou Who thought she saw Rudolph at Everett Barney Mansion, but it was only the horse pulling the wagon. The Leaping Frogs wouldn’t say anything but “Ribbit,” and Captain Hook in Neverland just swung his sword at ##Eric##.
The ##dog## from Noah’s ark said Rudolph had stopped by on his way to visit the angels in the Garden of Peace, but when ##Eric## got there, Rudolph was long gone. The Wise Men at the Nativity Scene reported that Rudolph had taken a nap beneath the manger, but he’d left hours before. ##Eric## was starting to worry that Santa would have to cancel Christmas if Rudolph couldn’t be found.
The toy soldier in Toy Land fired his cannon, and ##Eric## and the Whos came running. Rudolph had eaten all the blue gumdrops from Candyland and escaped into the Winter Woods. The Whos went back to Whoville to have dinner with the Grinch, and ##Eric## sadly trudged through the snow and into Santa’s Magical Forest.
Just before ##Eric## was about to deliver the bad news to Santa that Rudolph was nowhere to be found, a shining gold whistle appeared on the walk to Santa’s Cottage. Eric the elf blew the whistle loud and clear and jumped with joy as Rudolph landed in the snow and took his place at the head of Santa’s sleigh. Eric had saved Christmas, and the elves in Santa’s Cottage filled the sleigh with presents for boys and girls all over the world, even the ##Cat## for ##Eric##, the elf who saved Christmas.
